    • How should I brew Fine Robusta?

      Fine Robusta shines in espresso — bold, creamy, and full of character. You can also use phin, French press, or pour-over depending on your taste.

    • What grind size do you recommend?

      Espresso uses fine grind (0.5–1 EK), Phin uses medium (5–6 EK), and Cold Brew uses medium-coarse (9–10 EK) — Read more details in our blog.

    • How long does the coffee stay fresh?

      Our coffee is always freshly roasted. For best flavor, enjoy within 4–6 weeks of opening while keeping the bag sealed.

    • Should I store it in the fridge?

      No — coffee absorbs moisture and odors in the refrigerator. Store it in the original bag, sealed tightly, at room temperature.
